a) The completion of all obligations under the contract;

b) Receipt of a written release by us from the beneficiary stating that they have no further claims against [Client's Company]; or

c) Expiry of the effective period mentioned in Clause 5 above.

8. In case of a claim, the beneficiary shall provide us with the necessary documents and evidence proving the breach of contract, the amount of loss suffered, and the actions taken to mitigate such loss.

9. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Bond shall be settled through mediation by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in accordance with ICC Mediation Rules.

10. This Bond is irrevocable, unconditional, and payable on demand without any objection or exception whatsoever.
