Guarantee Letter

This letter is to certify that Party A guarantees Party C the fulfillment of its obligations under the contract (Contract No.: XXXX) entered into between Party A and Party B, as well as the ability to make the payment as stipulated.

1. Guarantee Amount: RMB XXXXX (￥XXXXX).

2. Guarantee Period: From the date of signing this Guarantee Letter until Party B completes all the payment obligations stipulated in the contract and Party A confirms it within XXX days.

3. In the following situations, Party A is willing to make a commitment on behalf of Party C:

1. Party B fails to fulfill the payment obligations specified in the contract;
2. Party B commits any breach during the performance of the contract;
3. All expenses and losses incurred due to Party B's violation of this contract will be borne by Party A.
